Information
Welcome to My Training Journey, a dedicated space within "My Journey Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a Graybearded Dad" where I document my experiences, challenges, and triumphs as a 57-year-old beginner in the world of BJJ. Here, I share insights into my training regimen, gear preferences, and personal goals.

My Weekly Bjj Training
I typically attend two to three BJJ classes each week. These sessions focus on a mix of fundamental techniques, drilling, sparring (rolling), and conditioning exercises, helping me improve my skills and fitness gradually.

Biggest Challenges And Rewarding Moments
My biggest challenge was simply getting to my first class. Overcoming that initial hurdle of fear and self-doubt. Every class since then has been a step forward, building confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

My Training Gear
For training, I use a common BJJ gi.
My Goals In Bjj
My primary goal, both short-term and long-term, is simple: to don't stop! Consistency is key, and I aim to keep showing up, learning, and growing in my BJJ journey.
