My 5th BJJ Class

Another day, I had my fifth BJJ class. I struggled most with forward and especially backward rolls. My neck is stiff and I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder.

I think I need to start doing some mobility exercises seriously. Reading the book “Jiu Jitsu University,” I came up with the term “Gimnastica Natural.” I think that's the right thing for my rusty body.

But as several people of similar age told me, “Just show up!” - Keep going and look positive. Today is another class and I am already excited about it!

Did I mention which parts of my body are sore? My left heel, chest, left shoulder, and my right shoulder almost not able to move, and my neck!
