My 6th BJJ Class

I struggled again with my rolls forward and backward. My stiff neck and sore shoulder are causing me trouble and slowing down my technical progress. Nevertheless, I'm now a black belt compared to myself, as I was two weeks ago when I showed up for the first time. 

I have to start seriously doing more stretching and maybe some "Ginastica natural" between the BJJ classes. GN is, so far I understood, some kind yoga good for BJJ practitioners. Just keep going ;-)
