Rye Bread

As I have nonalcoholic fatty liver, one of the advice was to consume rye bread. So, I started preparing it by myself. It's simple to prepare and a healthy option.

I'm using the following integrities:

- 500g rye flour

- 7g instant yeast (dry yeast)

- 3/4 tbs salt

- 300ml lukewarm water

Optional, you can mix into the flour: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pre-crushed nuts, or whatever you like!

I am also adding one tbsp of honey and one tbsp of Greek yogurt (to get the bread fluffy)

Knead the dough and let it rise for at least one hour. Knead it short once again, let it rise for another 20-30 minutes. Warm up the oven to 210 °C and bake for 45 minutes.

Rye bread has several advantages, including being higher in fibre and providing more micronutrients, particularly B vitamins.
