I struggle more with my body than BJJ itself. Yesterday, I did some mobility training at home. First, I started with exercises for my Calcific Tendonitis of the Shoulder. Physical therapy to strengthen muscles should have been done already for an extended period, but of course, I haven't done it. The exercises I practice were demonstrated to me by my physical therapist several years ago.
After that, I practiced forward rolls, as I struggle a lot with them and find it a nightmare. And eventually, I did some exercises to strengthen my core. Altogether about one hour.
I weighed myself this morning. I weigh 84.5kg (186lbs). Oh yes, I'm 180cm (5' 11")tall.
