On Wednesday, after our usual warm-up, we worked on double-leg exercises in groups of three. The person in the middle had to roll forward, execute a double-leg takedown, turn around, roll forward again, then perform a double-leg takedown on the third person, rotating positions every three repetitions.
After that, we practiced techniques and eventually moved on to 7 rounds of rolling, each for 3 minutes.
All rounds were with white belts, the oldest being about 15 years younger than me. Some were also relatively heavier, but I managed okay.
All in all, I was satisfied with my training — quite exhausted, but satisfied.
