I was off the mats due to a business trip. Yep — I have to make some money to afford my classes.
After those two weeks away, it felt as if I had been gone for six months. Fortunately, yesterday’s training wasn’t too hard. After a light warm-up and some mobility exercises, we practiced takedown techniques and then, building on that, continued with the triangle choke.
In the end, I did five rounds of five minutes each, each with a different white belt at a different level. I did fine.
